1. Transport Pickup Only
All orders are shipped through our authorized transport partners. Customers must collect their orders directly from the selected transport office or transport hub.

2. No Door Delivery
We do not provide home or door delivery services. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup from the designated transport location.

3. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges
We do not provide free shipping. Transport charges are to be paid by the customer as applicable.

5. Order Dispatch & Pickup
Orders will be dispatched after payment confirmation. Customers will be informed once the shipment is handed over to the transport service, along with the transport details for pickup. We recommend collecting your order promptly after receiving the notification.
