    Due to the nature of fireworks and safety regulations, all products sold by Shree Pyro Tech are non-returnable once delivered.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos for verification.

  3. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will be considered only if the order is cancelled by us, the product is unavailable, or a verified damaged/incorrect item cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  4. Order Cancellation
    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  5. Refund Processing Time
